Independent inspection
In international commodity trade, the buyer's greatest risk is the gap between what was loaded and what arrives. The only way to remove that risk is for a neutral third party to measure before loading. Our approach to quality rests on that principle.
Pre-shipment inspection is carried out by an independent inspection company accepted by both buyer and seller. The sampling method, analysis parameters and tolerance ranges are defined in advance in the sales contract. If the results do not meet the agreed specification, the cargo is not loaded.

Sampling and analysis
Samples are drawn so as to represent the cargo as a whole, following the method defined in the contract. Analysis is carried out at an accredited laboratory and the results are shared with both parties simultaneously. Witness samples are retained for reference in the event of a dispute.

The single quality grade principle
The sales contract and the documentary credit define final acceptance criteria as one single quality grade. Ambiguous arrangements in which several grades apply at once are not accepted, because they generate disputes at the presentation stage.

Compliance and regulation
Origin selection is limited to sources legally permitted for international trade and outside the scope of sanctions. Transport classification and handling conditions are set by the producer's current safety data sheet together with maritime and port regulation.
