Export corridor
In commodity trade, most delays occur not in production but at the transfer points. That is why we run inland transport, port handling, customs clearance and vessel loading under a single coordination rather than splitting them across separate suppliers.
Once processing and packaging are complete at our plant in the Mardin Organized Industrial Zone, the product is moved by road to the Port of Mersin. Mersin is one of the busiest container ports in the eastern Mediterranean and offers regular sailings to Middle Eastern, North African and Asian routes. The corridor keeps the interval between production and vessel loading short and predictable.

Delivery terms
The delivery term is agreed jointly, according to the buyer's logistics arrangements and the destination port. All delivery terms are interpreted under the Incoterms® 2020 rules and written explicitly into the sales contract.
Document management
Under documentary credit, payment depends not on the goods themselves but on the conformity of the documents. The document set is therefore prepared to match the presentation requirements of the buyer's bank exactly, and completed within the presentation period.

Alternative destination ports
A buyer's request for a different destination port is assessed for transport feasibility, freight and insurance difference, and product availability. Accepted changes take effect through a contract addendum and, where required, an amendment to the documentary credit.
