Production and dispatch operations are carried out at our plant in the Mardin Organized Industrial Zone. Commercial management, export coordination and client relations are run from our head office in Mersin. The short distance between the two keeps delivery time between production and port predictable.

We conduct relationships with international buyers on a documentary basis. Every transaction is built on mutual KYC verification, a written corporate offer, a signed sales contract and letter-of-credit terms acceptable to the banks involved. Independent inspection is standard practice, not an option.
